Audio: The Grant Napear Show - April 28, 2011

Grant opened the show by talking some NBA playoffs to get the wheels turning. The San Antonio Spurs won an OT thriller last night against the Grizzlies to keep their season alive and force a game six in Memphis - Sean Elliott was courtside doing color commentary for Spurs television, and Elliott joined Grant Napear in the first hour to talk about where the series is headed from here and if that loss was a back-breaker for the Grizzlies.

Grant also covered the NFL draft through the seventh pick, when the 49ers selected Aldon Smith of Missouri. Midway through the show, Randy Youngman of the Orange County Register has been there every step of the way. Youngman appeared again with Grant at the end of the second hour, this time to talk about the latest reports coming out that the NBA want to keep the Kings in Sacramento despite the wishes of the Maloofs and Henry Samueli.

The closing segment was a simple reminder that there are still a lot of bumps along the road to Anaheim.
