Next, Freddie Roach, trainer for Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao talks to Grant about working 12 hours a day to train Manny and other boxers preparing for fights. Freddie gives his thoughts on the future of boxing and the rising popularity of MMA and how he feels about the sport.

In the next segment, Grant rants on NFL Networks choice to hire Brad Nessler to do play by play for Thursday Night football this season and teaming up with Mike Mayock in the booth. After his rant, listeners weigh in with their thoughts.

In the final hour, Top Rank's CEO, Bob Arum, joins the show to promote the Showtime pay-per-view undercard which accompanies the Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley welterweight clash on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Finally, Scott Howard-Cooper from NBA.com talks to Grant about the NBA playoffs and Lakers struggles in round 2 against the Mavericks.
