Oakland Raiders coach Hue Jackson comes on to talk all things Raiders with Grant Napear. While reflecting on last Thursday’s win over the Chargers, Jackson said “I felt our team dominated both sides of the field and came out and played really hard.”

In response to Grant’s question about his coaching style Jackson said, “I don’t think you can lead anybody by fear,” adding, “I think you handle furniture, you coach and mold people.” Coach Jackson went on to talk about the ups and downs of the season saying, when you win everything is more exciting. And when you lose you have to be able to get your players back.
