Thieves Try To Steal ATM At Rancho Cordova Walgreens

RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) – Police in Rancho Cordova are looking for suspects who tried to steal an ATM from a Walgreens overnight.

The incident happened overnight at the store located on Sunrise Boulevard and Herodian Drive. Officers say two men hooked chains up to their pickup truck and pulled open the front door. They then attached the chains to the ATM, but it didn’t move. The chains broke and only the face of the machine came off.

The pickup is described as black with a white placard on the tailgate.

Too bad they didn’t get away with it as the ATM has a GPS tracker and the police “could” have caught them red handed. Now, these dumb idiots will break into another store and more costs to the store owners.

ever see the story of the guys that tryed to steal the TM and it pulled there bumper off with the lic plate on the bumper, they got scared because it made so much noise they ran and left the bumper changed to the ATM. Dumb A$$ES
