WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – West Sacramento police are still looking for a man who got away after leading officers on a high-speed chase Wednesday morning.

The chase began on Interstate 80 around 9:00 Wednesday morning and reached speeds of 80 miles an hour.

At one point, the driver was driving against traffic.

The chase ended at Harbor Boulevard and West Capitol after the suspect hit another car.

The suspect then took off.

A passenger in the suspect’s car was taken into custody.

No injuries were reported.
