Magnitude 4 Earthquake Shakes Imperial County Area

CALEXICO, Calif. (AP) — A small earthquake has shaken the California-Mexico border region near the Imperial County city of Calexico.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the magnitude-4 temblor occurred at 8:06 a.m. Tuesday.

The epicenter was a dozen miles west of Calexico and 76 miles east of Tijuana.
