Today on the Grant Napear Show Notah Begay from the Golf Channel joined Grant to talk about the upcoming US Open, and the seeming resurgence of Tiger Woods. He talked about the early favorite to win the US open as well as the Olympic Club course.
Eddie Olczyk came on for the final time this hockey season to talk about the Cinderella season that was the LA Kings. He talked about the Stanley Cup Finals and just how dominant the Kings were through their entire playoff run. He talked about the playoff records that were set by LA that include the first 8 seed to win a Stanley Cup, first team to go up 3-0 on all their opponents and also didn't suffer their first road loss until reaching the Finals. Eddie talked about the most disappointing team in the playoffs and also the dangerous hits that are occurring more frequently and what can be done for player safety.
Jones Angell the play by play voice if the UNC Tarheels wrapped up the show by talking about the players coming out of UNC in this years draft. He talked about the upside and the down side of each player, one of which could end up here in Sacramento. Here what Jones has to say about Harrison Barnes, John Henson and Tyler Zeller.
