STOCKTON (CBS13) – There was another homicide overnight in Stockton. It was the city’s 41st of the year.

The shooting took place at 11 p.m. Thursday on the north side of the city near Hammer Lane. A 46-year-old woman was shot while driving past a group of people. Her boyfriend drove to a convenience store on Davis road where the victim died.

Police have no suspects.
