Former Raider great Jim Plunkett joined Grant today to talk about the opening of the NFL Season. He talked about the nerves of the first real game of the season, and how players look forward to the start of the season. He discussed what the Raiders will need to do to beat the Chargers and how the new-look front office and coaching staff will improve the Raiders both offensively and defensively.
