SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CBS13) – One lane of each direction of Highway 4 in San Joaquin County ater a head-on crash involving three vehicles had closed the entire roadway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was first reported at 6:31 a.m. on Highway 4 just west of Maybeck Road in San Joaquin County.

Although, traffic is now moving, CHP says motorists should still expect some delays as crews continue to investigate.

First reports say there are major injuries in the crash.
