The Grant Napear Show – December 28, 2012

The Kings host the Atlantic Division-leading New York Knicks at Sleep Train Arena tonight. Grant previews this evening’s action and takes calls about the Kings’ rocky start to the season.

Charles Davis of Fox Sports is calling the 49ers-Cardinals matchup in Week 17. Grant and Charles share their thoughts on that game and others on the final week of the NFL regular season.

Grant gives his football picks for Week 17. Who is Grant’s Upset of the Week? Callers then give their opinions about the biggest surprises and biggest disappointments of the NFL season.

Knicks play-by-play man Mike Breen joins Grant on the program. The two discuss the rise of the New York Knicks, Sacramento’s DeMarcus Cousins situation and their shared love of radio broadcasting.

DeMarcus Cousins is proving to be a distraction for Sacramento once again. After a chilly encounter with the media yesterday, should the Kings continue to keep him on the bench? Should they trade him? Or should they just let him play? Grant and callers discuss.
