UPDATE: Police Investigating Double Shooting Near Stockton DMV

STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police are investigating a double shooting near a DMV office in Stockton on Lincoln Street.

The incident happened at around 5 a.m. Investigators say it looks like the gunman just walked up to a man and a woman and started shooting.

The two victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.

Police tell CBS13 the shooting had nothing to do with the DMV office.
