Grant opened up the show discussing Week 15 in the NFL season and the Kings’ victory over the Rockets yesterday. Callers gave their thoughts on the Cowboys’ 4th quarter collapse, Rudy Gay’s great start with the Kings, and the 49ers losing Bruce Miller for rest of the season.
Steve Wyche, analyst for NFL Network, joined Grant on the show to talk NFL. Steve discussed the Cowboys and Jerry Jones, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Seattle Seahawks. Steve also shared his thoughts on the Dolphins’ big win over the Patriots and the Denver Broncos’ defensive struggles of late.
Ryan Lillis, writer for Sacramento Bee, came on to the show to discuss the latest on Sacramento’s downtown arena development. Ryan talked about the release of the environmental impact report, including the traffic impact and the thousands of new jobs. The vote for the environmental impact report will take place on April 1st.
Howard Beck, NBA Columnist for Bleacher Report, joined Grant on the show to talk NBA. Howard discussed the Kings’ addition of Rudy Gay, the Warriors’ recent struggles, and why he thinks the New York Knicks will make the playoffs. Howard also shared his thoughts on the Celtics and Rajon Rondo.
