Man Accused Of Pimping Underage Girls Out Of Stockton Motel 6

STOCKTON (CBS13) — A man was arrested after police say he was running an underage prostitution ring out of a Stockton motel.

One of the alleged teenage victims of the suspected pimp was able to escape and call her father and police.

Investigators say Chester Brown, 20, was using a Motel 6 to force at least four teenage girls to engage in sexual acts with men for money.

But it was one of the alleged victims who contacted her father and saved her life and the lives of three other teens.

"The girl's father actually received a text from her saying that she was in Stockton and being forced into prostitution," said Stockton Police Officer Joe Silva.

Police say that 17-year-old girl also called police and told them she recently ran away from an Antioch home after a fight with her parents. She told them Brown picked her up and took her to the Motel 6 in Stockton, where he forced her to have sex with different men.

She says Brown forced her to create an account on MyRedbook.com and threatened to kill her if she didn't do what he told her.

"He would have her go out to the Wilson Way area and force her to be a prostitute, pick up Johns and also several times he had sex with this young girl," Silva said.

Brown was arrested when he showed up to the motel with three other girls between the ages of 14 and 16. One of the three was reported missing out of San Francisco. Investigators say condoms were found in the car, as well as a book on pimpology.

"What's really alarming is the 14-year-old girl inside the car was teaching the other girls how to be prostitutes," Silva said.

Brown is charged with kidnapping, various sex-related crimes and making terrorist threats. He will be in court on Wednesday.
