Police: Man Shot Dead Inside Stockton Hotel
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say that a man was shot dead inside a room at a Stockton hotel early Saturday morning.
According to the Stockton Police Department, officers were called to the Econolodge along the 2600 block of W. March Lane a little after 1 a.m. due to reports of a shooting.
At the scene, officers found that a 27-year-old man had been shot. Medical personnel who soon arrived pronounced the man dead at the scene, police say.
Investigators have released few other details on the incident, but they do say that some sort of disturbance led up to the shooting.
Police say they are looking for two men in connection to the incident.
