PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) — When Placer County Sheriff's Det. Michael Davis was killed in the line of duty in October, the honor guard never left his side until he was laid to rest.

The group put on a demonstration for CBS13, which included a casket for practice. They talked about how tough it was losing Davis, and why they take on such a somber job.
