Man Arrested For Prostituting Two Teen Runaways From Sacramento Pleads Guilty

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - A man whose primary income prosecutors say came from prostituting women and girls across the U.S. has pleaded guilty to trafficking a 15-year-old.

Lenny Paul Haskins of Las Vegas and Richmond, California, pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia. The 34-year-old Haskins faces between 10 years and life in prison at his sentencing on April 17.

Since 2005, prosecutors say Haskins prostituted women and girls in Virginia, Maryland, New York, Louisiana, Tennessee, Nevada, Tennessee, Colorado, Utah and California. He was arrested after prosecutors say he recruited two runaway teenage girls this past summer in Sacramento, giving them pot, having sex with them, and then taking them to Herndon, Virginia for prostitution.

The case was investigated by the FBI's Washington Field Office and the Fairfax County Police Department.
