Palladio: Toby Keith Restaurant Owed $260,000 When Suddenly Shut Down

FOLSOM (CBS13) — Folsom's Palladio at Broadstone says Toby Keith's restaurant owned them more than $260,000 in rent before it suddenly shut down last week.

The developer filed a lawsuit against those owners back in October, and settled for an undisclosed amount.

I Love This Bar And Grill's parent company claims the Folsom location was closed so it could look for a better location.
