Website Rates Sacramento As Top City In World For Coffee Lovers

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – People living in Sacramento who love coffee are in the right city, according to one website.

MatadorNetwork.com recently ranked Sacramento number one as the world's best city for coffee lovers.

The site listed the city's craft coffee scene as just one of the reasons for the ranking.

One coffee lover says it's more than just java that gives the city its top spot.

"The idea that you can kind of go to a place, talk to folks that you know on a regular basis, makes is seem really important as a community sort of place," said Sacramento coffee lover Nate Haslan.

Sacramento gained the top spot over international cities such as Manila, Vancouver and Paris.
