Fire Heavily Damages Vacant North Highlands Home
NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) - An arson investigator has been called to the scene of a house fire in North Highlands.
The fire started on the back of a home in the 6800 block of Silverthorne Circle, say firefighters.
A neighbor who participates in the neighborhood watch says the home was vacant for three weeks and its sale was pending. They say someone was seen coming in and out of the home recently.
