4 Reasons The Giants Really Miss Hunter Pence

After breaking his forearm early in spring training, Hunter Pence has been the biggest hole left in the Giants lineup as well as Giants fans' hearts. After weeks of healing and rehabbing, he is on his way to join the club for Saturday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. Fans and the team sure do miss the wacky outfielder - and for more than just one reason. Here they are, in all of their awkward glory:

4. His hair

The Giants have several players with some impressive hair. Tim Lincecum was known for his long locks, Angel Pagan has some long flowing hair, and Brandon Crawford straight up looks like John Stamos in the first episode of Full House. Hunter Pence, however, has some of the best hair on the team.

3. His speeches

Giants fans everywhere witnessed his famous speeches during the 2012 and 2014 postseasons. With their back against the wall, Pence was the one to lead them to victory with his words - twice. They don't call him "The Reverend" for nothing.

2. His endless supply of awkward photos

It's almost as if he is trying to make a goofy face every time he swings, runs, catches a ball, breathes.

1. His bat

Boy, the Giants sure don't hit a lot of home runs outside of Buster Posey and Brandon Crawford. Looking at this video from his rehab stint this past week, he's got a whole lot of power left. We certainly miss that the most. Welcome back, Hunter.
