Police: Man Killed Woman, Buried Her In Backyard Of Natomas Home
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man has been arrested for the death of a woman after her body was found buried in the backyard of a Natomas home.
Scott Boyer, 41, was arrested for the murder on Friday.
Officers were called out to the scene before 8 p.m. on Thursday to reports of a fight between two male family members. When officers arrived and separated the men, they discovered the body of a woman concealed under dirt and debris in the backyard.
Boyer was detained as a person of interest on Thursday night and formally arrested on Friday.
The woman has yet to be identified by the coroner.
