Whole Foods Recalls Blue Cheese Over Concerns It Could Contain Listeria

(CBS13) - If you bought blue cheese from Whole Foods, check the packaging. The cheese could make you and your family very sick.

Whole Foods is recalling all of its Papillion Organic Roquefort because if could contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria.

The scale label of the cheese begins with PLU 029536.

The Federal Drug Administration discovered the bacteria during a routine sampling.

So far, there are no documented incidents of people getting sick from the cheese.

If you purchased the cheese, you can take it back to the store for a full refund.
