Police: Man Spotted Driving In Sacramento, Drinking Beer
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Police say they arrested a reportedly brazen drunken driver late Thursday afternoon.
The Sacramento Police Department says officers showed up along the 3200 block of Pamela Drive just before 5 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing a man driving a car and drinking a beer at the same time.
At the scene, officers spotted the car and accosted the driver.
Police say the driver - 51-year-old Antonio Antonio Enriquez - failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.
Enriquez was booked at Sacramento County Jail and is facing a charge of DUI.
