Parolee Arrested, Accused of Masturbating in Public

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Sacramento Police say their officers responded to reports of a man masturbating on the 1300 block of of 58th Street at approximately 5:28 a.m. Saturday.

Upon investigating, officers say 57-year-old, Juan Quiroz, was contacted and found to have strict parole conditions.

Quiroz, a transient, was arrested for parole violation, indecent exposure in a public place, possession of narcotics, sex offender near school grounds without lawful business.
