Two Men Suspected In Sex Assault Of Suisun City Teens

SUISUN CITY (CBS13) - Two men, including a registered sex offender, were arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting two underage teens in Suisun City, police say.

Officers with the Suisun City Police Department and the FBI Violent Crime Task Force made the arrests on Wednesday. Officers showed up at along the 500 block of Chyrl Way and made one arrest, then later made a second arrest in Fairfield.

Detectives have been investigating an alleged sexual assault for the past two weeks. One victim filed report, leading police to identify a second victim.

The victims are 14 and 15 years old, police say.

Police have identified the suspects as 19-year-old Rashad Perkins-Stovall and 27-year-old Carlos Brown.

Brown is registered sex offender who was convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger, police say.

Both Brown and Perkins-Stovall are facing charges of rape and possession of child pornography.
