The Cold Fire burning in Yolo County has now scorched more than 4,700 acres and is 15 percent contained.

It's Deja vu for about 100 people in 35 homes who have been asked to leave.

Last year, the Wragg Fire burned in almost the same area.

While mandatory home evacuations were in place, many decided to take the risk.

"Most people I think stayed in this year because this is the third year we've been under mandatory evacuation," said resident Don Hutchins.

More than 700 fire personnel are battling flames and hot spots in and around Golden Bear Estates and Canyon Creek campgrounds.

It's still unclear what started the fire on Tuesday, but Cal Fire's biggest concern right now is keeping the fire from jumping over Highway 128 – which is still blocked off from Pleasants Valley Road to Markley Cove Resort.
