Jerk With A Smirk: Police Searching For Man Exposing Himself In Land Park

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Women in Sacramento's Land Park neighborhood are coming forward to report a man exposing himself to them from a vehicle and pleasuring himself in the process.

The suspect's alleged victims ranging in age from 4 to 80 years old.

"When I realized what he was doing it scared me," Land Park resident Janice Winn said.

Janice Winn was with her 80-year-old mom on Riverside Boulevard when the man pulled into their driveway and waited for them to watch him as he exposed himself from inside an SUV.

"When he started to do what he was doing, he got some sort of satisfaction of watching my mom and I watch him," Winn said.

Winn shot a cell phone photo of the Ford Explorer the man was in. She turned the photo over to police.

Another Land Park woman who didn't want to be identified said she was running on Land Park Boulevard by herself when she says he exposed himself from a car.

"It was a very smug kind of look, like he knew exactly what he was doing," she said.

There have been at least four sightings in recent weeks in the long-standing family friendly Sacramento neighborhood, including one from another woman with her 4-year-old daughter on Land Park Boulevard.

The descriptions of the Land Park Pervert range from white to hispanic, 20s to 30s in age, with dark hair. He was allegedly seen driving both a white explorer and a white sedan.
