Man And Woman Found Dead In Dixon Home

DIXON (CBS13) -- A call for suspicious activity resulted in the discovery of two dead bodies inside a Dixon home Saturday morning, police say.

The scene was at a home along the 600 block of Devonshire Drive. Dixon police say they responded to the scene just before 9 a.m. Saturday and found a man and woman unresponsive in the master bedroom of the home.

Medics soon pronounced the two dead.

Authorities have identified the two found dead as 45-year-old Carlos Salinas and 43-year-old Kristy Adams, both Dixon residents.

A weapon believed to have been used in the pair's death was recovered at the scene, police say.

When police arrived on scene they found two children inside the home. Their age and relation to the two found dead are not yet known. Both children were released to family members.
