Sacramento Sheriff Searching For Thieves Who Distracted Employees

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Sacramento County deputies are searching for two suspects in a theft from a business.

Police say the suspects were seen on surveillance video at two businesses asking employees for assistance. While one was getting help, police say the other would take property from behind the cashier area.

The businesses were on the 5100 block of Madison Avenue and the 6300 block of Garfield Avenue.

One of the suspects is a black male his 20s, standing between 5'8" and 5'10" and weighing between 160 and 180 pounds. The other suspect is a black female in her 20s standing between 5'7" and 5'10" and weighing between 200 and 220 pounds.
