Sacramento Sheriffs Responding To Fatal Drive-By Shooting

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- A spokesperson for the Sacramento Sheriff's Department has confirmed that the department is responding to a fatal shooting on the 8600 block of Ardith Drive near Calvine Road.

According to the department, a suspect in a vehicle with a firearm opened fire around 7:30 p.m., killing one and injuring five, including an infant.
