Weave Fundraiser WALK A MILE IN HER SHOESOn April 23, 944 men took to the streets in high heels and literally "walked a mile in her shoes" to raise awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault. Their efforts raised more than $312,000 to support WEAVE's 24/7 crisis intervention services for survivors in our community with 100% of the funds raises used for local services. WEAVE's Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is the largest men's walk against gender based violence in the world. This annual fundraiser has changed how our entire region works collectively to build a community that does not tolerate domestic violence and sexual assault.
