Placer County Water Agency is one of dozens of districts across the state to send harsh letters complaining about mandatory water cuts up to nearly 36 percent to meet the state’s 25 percent goal.
The city voted to contribute $5 million to help build a $35 million multi-use sports complex at Blue Oaks Boulevard and Phillip Road. The complex will serve youth and amateur soccer, lacrosse, rugby and football.
