ARCO Arena is one of the top venues for sports, entertainment, and special events in Northern California. The arena hosts nearly 200 spectator events each year. Past events at ARCO Arena have included NBA and WNBA games, Disney on Ice, rodeos, monster trucks, and concerts by world-famous acts, such as the Rolling Stones, Elton John, Garth Brooks, U2, Justin Timberlake, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Paul McCartney, and others. This venue can seat up to 17,317 people for NBA basketball games played by the Sacramento Kings, which call ARCO Arena their home court. Wells Fargo Pavilion opened in the summer of 2003 and features a 2,200-seat performance arena. The performance area is theatre-in-the-round, with a 32-foot diameter stage and four performance aisles. The Wells Fargo Pavilion was the result of a cooperative effort between the City and County of Sacramento, California Musical Theatre, Sacramento Theatre Company, the business community (including Wells Fargo Bank), and loyal audience members. The facility features a large courtyard and a box office. The Sacramento Theatre Company produces theatre on the site from September to May. Hours: Vary depending upon event.
