‘Clean Up Stockton’ App Will Help Residents Report Graffiti Around City

STOCKTON (CBS13) — The city of Stockton is getting some technological help in its war on graffiti.

A new iPhone app is currently being beta tested that would allow people to report pictures of graffiti, broken glass, or litter around town.

The images would then post to a digital map, allowing nonprofits to work together to clean it up.
